Coretextile

Coretextile is a textile/clothing factory, founded in 2010 by Mr. Mohamed AbdAllah ElBouky and now owned by Mr. Mohamed AbdAllah ElBouky with his Italian partners, Mr. Demetrio Neri and Mr. Alessandro Neri. Coretextile is constantly capable of keeping up with competitive pricing and textile sector developments.

Our board is a combination of Egyptian and Italian partners who have worked together to provide tailored services/products for all our customers. Each customer has a personal account; through it, they can manage the finalization of any item in a few simple steps. Day after day, our design office, which is equipped with CAD technology, creates original, bespoke products based on an accurate analysis of the customer's needs. Our skilled technicians are available to you and will transparently recommend the best solutions for optimizing any process, product, or sample.

The factory has a total of 543 sewing machines, about 95% of them are Juki types of different varieties. The cutting unit with a full-size cutting table is strengthened by the design/pattern-making unit, and equipped with Computer Aided Design (CAD).

Due to our venue’s location, which was carefully chosen in El Sadat City in Egypt, the perfect business hub for the textile/clothing/accessories industry that’s located halfway between Cairo International Airport and Alexandria Port, we are now professionally capable of managing, handling all logistics, and exporting all over the world. In addition to using the finest Egyptian cotton, which has the best global reputation, and applying the latest advanced technologies in our manufacturer.

We implement the latest technologies in the mechanism of saving and time efficiency management that have led us to be the world market leader in each product/service we provide, with full expertise in style analysis, risk analysis, layout planning, and production targets that are based on standard minute values (SMV) that are defined by the industrial engineering department to ensure that the planning is meticulous and shipments are on time.

Currently, we are producing different types of apparel and accessories for the local and international markets, as we have very flexible and brand new state-of-the-art technology in its design/pattern-making, make-up, finishing, embellishment, and quality control units.
